Our client is an Australia based exporter who sources a wide range of food products from Australia & New Zealand suppliers and sells to different chain store markets in Asia.

 What 聯信 contributed?

1. Provided structuring advice by firstly understand client’s current business structure, then we devised a customized solution to ensure all food exports to Asia are expedited, using Hong Kong as a base of operations where orders can be quickly processed in the same time zone.
2. We assisted with the incorporation of a Hong Kong subsidiary, a limited company, for our client in a ‘virtual office’ circumstance.
3. Acting as the client’s back office and managing their business in Hong Kong, we receive orders from customers in Asia, review and prepare invoices and shipping documents, and liaise with suppliers in Australia and freight forwarders and customers in Asia countries. All shipments are routed through Hong Kong.
4. Setup necessary multi-currency bank accounts, we acts as a signatory to the accounts to facilitate trade transactions on the client’s behalf.
5. We prepare management accounts and annual financial statements for head office and have the statements audited in accordance with Hong Kong law.
